Paula's Presenting Issue: Unspecified Discontent and Anxiety

Over the course of two group meetings, we will take a deep dive into the resolution of a 12-session therapeutic experience in which unprocessed childhood trauma surfaces along with five ego state parts.

As we unpack Paula's healing journey, we will:

• Highlight fundamental core principles, procedures, and strategies of SR
• Deconstruct SR therapeutic choices
• Recognize the emergence of parts
• Work with parts who can't reliably stay in the positive matrix
• Explore same-aged parts who have different psychological functions
• Demonstrate how to maintain continuity for parts over multiple sessions
• Instruct how to work with dreams from an SR perspective
• Clarify linear, tangential, and lateral processing styles
• Detail the "how-to" and benefits of co-creating homework for each session
• Provide ample time for Q&A and comments

Our objective? Develop creativity, competence, and confidence in working with ego state parts.
